I write this as I lay in bed feeling lots and lots of kicks. They have already gotten semi uncomfortable as they seem to shoot right for the crotch!
We had another ultrasound finally to make sure everything is OK. Baby looked great! He/she was moving around but seems to be stuck in the same place Abe was. His or her little nose is identical to Abe's and I can't wait to give it a kiss!! (PICTURE to come)
I still feel very strongly that this is a brother for Abe and he agrees. ;) The baby looks and acts like Abe did, it's just a bit smaller.
I have been feeling good, it's just this week that I've felt a little ugh. Hips starting to hurt, hard to breathe because of baby's position on my organs, chubby. Ready to get through the next 3 months and really scared at the same time.
Per my midwife, the chances I end up with a repeat c-section are pretty good, so we could have this baby as early as 3/11 or so. I'm sure Christmas will fly by, then we are taking Abe to Disney, then February is such a short month, then I'll be sitting at home with a newborn!
Abe is as always our little sweetheart. We don't talk about the baby much with him so I'm sure he will be in for a surprise but I think he will be a great big brother. He is interested in babies and very sweet with the ones at daycare. We hope to have a good plan to get Abe lots of one on one time with both mommy and daddy after baby gets here since he is such a sensitive little guy. He has been extra shy and clingy lately with me in certain situations but I think it's a phase.
Less than 100 days until we meet our newest little peanut!
