Abe is 11 weeks old!

And growing like a weed! This kid, I tell you. I wake up in the morning and I know he's taller than the day before. His sleeping has been terrible, too, which makes me think either a) he's going through a growth or developmental spurt or b) he just doesn't like to sleep when he knows his mommy is across the hall and could be up snuggling him!

I go back to work Monday so I worry about his sleep a little bit but I think daycare will help him get really tired during the day and reinforce more of a day/night schedule for him. He usually goes down around 8 PM and wakes up 4 times (5 if I'm lucky!) before he's up at 7 AM. I'm tired in the middle of the night but during the day Abe is such a cute little firecracker that I forget all about being tired. He is just the coolest little guy.

This week, Abe: 

* went to Dodge Center again with Mom and Dad to go to his Great Uncle Dan's 50th birthday party and visit with his buddies Sawyer, Reeve, and Charli. He was the hit of the party (other than the birthday boy of course!) and had a great time with his friends. Charli loved poking his eyes and saying "Eyes! Eyes!" He just smiled. :)

* acted like a perfect angel when we visited Cassandra. He was putting on his best show!

*Wore several new fun outfits.

* Cuddled with his soft lion. Look at that chubby baby. :)

*Napped with his mommy as much as possible. (his request!)
