Anniversary recap

We had a fabulous, wonderful, terrific, and special anniversary weekend to finish a fabulous, wonderful, terrific and special year.

Thursday night Josh, Jess, and Livvy Bugs came over for ribs and strawberry shortcake. Both were delicious. We love seeing Livvy grow up and her personality bloom!!

Friday we headed to Acqua for a yummy romantic dinner (with Bruiser and Mel, hehe). Zach had a beet and goat cheese salad, ossobucco with New Jersey sweet potatoes, and butterscotch budino. I had a matchstick apple and fennel salad, crab encrusted Chilean sea bass with broccolini, and a S'more soufflé topped with toasted marshmallows. We will be back for many anniversaries to come!!!

Saturday I was working and went to a benefit with my girlfriend Cass; Zach stayed home and hung out with our main man Jett.

Sunday I woke up feeling giddy. Not as crazy as I felt on May 5, 2012 but super happy to see Zach come home from work. We whipped up French toast and bacon and exchanged cards. I headed to work at the RMH while Zach slept then we cleaned off the patio, raked the yard, and made filet mignon with sweet potato fries and an awesome personalized cheesecake for dessert.

Happy 1 Year to us! We are so excited for Year 2!
